世界的なヒットはしていませんが、日本では「空耳」が話題になり60万枚を超えるヒットとなりました。日本でだけ売れた曲、とも言えます。
日本では「グリグリ」の通称で愛されていたそうです。軽快な曲調で、空耳が分からなくても何度も聴きたくなる曲です。

「Set it off」は「作動させる」や「起こす」などの意味。
歌詞の内容から「やろう」と訳しました。

「あなたと関係をもつ」など、仲を進展させる意味。）

「Goody-goody」で相手を馬鹿にする意味合いの

「Goody」は転じて「良いこと／良いもの」と
性的な意味合いもあります。
歌詞では二回繰り返されていますが
内容から後者の意味だと解釈しています。）
