2015年にカナダの歌手ジャスティン・ビーバーが発表した曲です。
アメリカを中心に世界的なアイドル人気を集めていたジャスティンですが、意外にもこれが初の米英両チャート1位シングルとなりました。また、当時21歳での初登場1位はビルボードの男性アーティスト史上最年少記録でした。
トーク番組にてジャスティン自身が、この曲は別れた元恋人セレーナ・ゴメスについて書いたと述べたそうです。
