2026年にイギリスの歌手ピンクパンサレスが、スウェーデンの歌手ザラ・ラーソンを迎えて発表した曲です。
元は2025年にピンクパンサレスがソロで発表した曲で、ヨーロッパを中心にヒットしていました。ザラを迎えた新録曲は全世界でヒット。2026年冬季オリンピックで金メダリストのフィギュア・スケーターがエキシビジョンでこの曲を使用し演技したことで更に人気を集めました。

歌詞だけ聴いていると、ピンクパンサレスのパートは夢中でアメリカ人に恋をしている内容ですが、追加されたザラのパートではアメリカで働く内容になっています。ザラ本人の当時の注目度の高さを、イギリスの歌手で音楽プロデューサーのMNEK（エメニケ）が歌詞にし、ザラが少し手を加えて完成したそうです。
タイトルの「Stateside」は「アメリカ国内」などの意味。そう考えるとザラのパートもしっくりきますね。
