1980年にアメリカの歌手ダイアナ・ロスが発表した曲です。
欧米で大ヒットし、2018年にアメリカのビルボードが発表した「Hot 100 60周年記念」のランキングでは80位にランクインしました。
個人的に、この曲はDesty’s childがライブでカバーしたことで知りました。バンドアレンジのそちらもとても好きです。
歌詞は、恋人が浮気性であるにも関わらず、価値観を一変させられ夢中になってしまう恋心が描かれています。

イギリスのチャールズ国王（三世）は、お気に入りの曲の一つとして挙げていました。若い頃は曲が流れると踊らずには居られなかったそうです。一度拝見してみたいですね。
